  I was informed on multiple occasions that Michael would be getting in touch with me by Brittany and Scott and he never did until I repeatedly followed up. I was told he was “in meetings all day” or was busy in Seattle. I however received the auto generated emails (some of which were the same) over and over until I had to finally call to get them stopped.

  Michael Joy and his team make it smooth and easy. We have worked with Michael in the past, and that familiarity makes it even easier, and I was thrilled that we were able to close very quickly.

  I felt that Michael was not upfront with me. The deal felt like a bait and switch. High pressure to close the loan. Delaying closing by 2 weeks would have saved me .5% interest. I was even told the sellers would be “homeless” if I didn’t close. I felt stuck between a rock and a hard spot so grudgingly moved forward with the loan.
